• YOU’LL NEED A FEW THINGS:

  1. Address of the property you are purchasing (Alpha-numeric only - no special characters)
  2. Your bank account details (Account must allow ACH)
  3. The name of your Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties sales agent

INSTRUCTiONS

• • Click the MAKE DEPOSIT NOW button above to enter the payment portal.

  • You will be taken to the payment details page

  • Enter buyer’s name and email address.

  • Enter the Property Address.

  • Enter the Agent Name.

  • Enter the amount of payment in the Earnest Money Payment field.

  • Click the Continue to Payment button link.

• • In the Complete Payment pop-up window, add buyer’s bank account information

  • Click the Pay button box then click the Enter Account button to return to the Home page.

  • A confirmation screen will display, you can now log out.

  • A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
